Dérive is a housing provider of social rent and affordable rent homes in Salford

We work with Salford City Council, Dérive’s only shareholder, to develop new homes. These aim to:

Increase the number of affordable homes
Meet people’s housing needs
Provide quality and sustainable homes and neighbourhoods
Maximise social value for the city

Most Dérive homes are built to Passive House (Passivhaus) standards. This means they have a low energy use with less carbon omissions compared to other types of homes.

Dérive homes are managed through our managing agent, Pendleton Together, and homes are offered to people in housing need through Salford Home Search using Salford City Council’s allocations policy.
